How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs to U.S. & Canada are FREE. You just pay a $2.00 Handling Fee. International shipments are a flat rate of $9.98 which include the Handling Fee. We are not responsible for any duty fees.

Who is the shipping carrier?

Shipping will be delivered through Postal Service. 

What if the product I want is out of stock?

How long do I have to wait for shipping?

Depending on your shipping location, domestic shipments may take up to five days after leaving our warehouse while international shipping can take up to three weeks. We ship through US Postal Service and usually process your order within two-to-five days. If your order is from our pre-sales, please allow approx 14-18 days- tentative to shipments.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

You can email us anytime to cancel if your order has not been processed and emailed tracking. Once processed, canceling can not be done.

What if the product I received is defected?
